I purchased the Philips 8057/01 model cordless vacuum cleaner from Aydoğanlar store, the Philips dealer in Ankamall Shopping Mall because they claimed it had a water absorption feature. However, when I tested it with the mop attachment at home, I noticed water entering the motor compartment. When I contacted Aydoğanlar the next day, they insisted that such a situation was impossible and directed me to the Philips authorized service center, Ünal Elektronik, in Yenimahalle. After the technical inspection, Ünal Elektronik confirmed that the vacuum did not have a water absorption feature. Despite this, Aydoğanlar continued to claim otherwise. Subsequently, I took the vacuum to Öztürk Elektrik, the Philips authorized service center in Keçiören, where they also confirmed the absence of the claimed feature. Aydoğanlar still refused to accept the return, insisting that the vacuum had a water absorption feature. However, both Philips authorized service centers confirmed otherwise. I demand a refund or a Philips XW9383-01 model vacuum cleaner with the claimed water absorption feature free of charge, as per Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. I have all the necessary documents and service reports. I request the required actions to be taken and communicated to me. I hope that the globally recognized Philips brand stands behind its product.
