I own a Philips AquaTrio 9000 Series vacuum cleaner, and a few days ago, while vacuuming my home under completely normal conditions, I suddenly heard a cracking sound and realized that the dust container had broken. There was no impact, dropping, or external damage—the product broke during regular use.
On another occasion, while using the same device, I noticed an unusual change in how it was moving and realized that one of the wheels had come off during use. This also happened without any impact or improper handling, again during ordinary household cleaning.
After these incidents, I contacted both the authorized service center and Philips Türkiye via Instagram. I explained that the dust container broke and the wheel detached during normal use, but I was told that these issues are not covered by the warranty. I strongly believe that parts breaking and a wheel coming off during standard household use indicate a durability and manufacturing issue, and I do not find it fair or acceptable for these problems to be excluded from warranty coverage.
I request that both the dust container and the wheel of my Philips AquaTrio 9000 Series vacuum cleaner be repaired or replaced free of charge under warranty.
