I am completely dissatisfied with the Philips Aqua 9000 electric vacuum cleaner I purchased on May 27, 2023, in Izmir. My laminate floors remained wet after using it for mopping, causing them to warp. Even running it with very little water for 2 minutes and then switching to continuous suction mode didn't help. To make matters worse, I was about to buy another brand when I was persuaded by a convincing presentation for this device at the store. Unfortunately, it proved to be a bad decision. I contacted customer service in the hopes of finding a solution, but their response was shocking. They simply stated, "We can't offer any suggestions." To make matters worse, I had to manually mop up the water left on the floor after the machine was turned off. This Philips vacuum is a colossal failure!
