Philips XC8057-01 wet mop feature stopped working; how can I fix it?

The Philips XC8057/01 Aqua Plus 8000 Series vacuum is made to mop and clean dry surfaces, but it can't soak up water.

Its Aqua Plus head uses cloth pads that are wet from its water tank to let you hoover and mop at the same time. If you try to pump liquids, you might hurt the motor.

Follow the manufacturer's instructions to make sure the product works right. Check the user manual often for upkeep tips and the right way to use the product.

If you try to use it to soak up water and have problems, stop using it right away to keep the damage from getting worse.

To get fixes, you can call Philips customer service or go to an authorised service centre. If you have experienced a similar issue, please feel free to share. You can also file a complaint on Xolvie.
