Philips TV screen problems and poor customer service

The screen on my Philips television has given me trouble on more than one occasion. A low-quality screen that mimicked the appearance of paper was installed in its place, despite the fact that the original screen was still covered by the manufacturer's warranty. My concerns were not taken into consideration after I lodged a complaint about it. Now the screen isn't working properly once more, and I'm sick to death of looking at crappy pictures after all these years. The lack of assistance provided by Philips is disappointing, and as a result, I am unable to recommend this brand to anyone. I'm crossing my fingers that the issues with my screen will be resolved.
