Philips 8500 Series Iron Return Fiasco
Hello, I purchased the Philips 8500 series state-of-the-art iron from Vatan Computer yesterday. However, as described, there is no such thing as steam wrinkle removal. I wanted to return it in the morning, but they told me, "You can't return the product; you've bought it, so deal with it." I couldn't believe that I couldn't return the most expensive iron I bought, which turned out to be a total disappointment. I sent it to the service, and they will examine it. It's definitely a trap, and the product is disgraceful. I strongly advise against buying it. Instead, go for a cheaper iron. It's definitely not as described, especially for those who rely on YouTube.com reviews for their purchases. Don't be deceived like we were. I called Philips customer service, and an arrogant representative told me that they didn't sell the product to me and that I should deal with the place where I bought it.
