Philips 49Puk7100/12 Android Tv Update Issue

I have a Philips 49Puk7100/12 TV, and I haven't received any software updates in the past two years. Because of this, Smart connections and apps have been freezing, and there have also been issues with displaying 4K channels. Also, the YouTube app on my phone isn't working, and it won't let me sign in with my Google account. I need the software update that will fix these problems.
