YouTube App Not Loading on My Android Philips TV

My Android Philips television is giving me a difficult time because the YouTube app won't load. This is a very frustrating problem. In spite of the fact that I requested assistance from @Philips, I have not been provided with any explanation that is actually informative regarding the reasons why the application cannot be installed or why it does not work properly. I am at a loss to explain why this application is not available on my TV, which is now eight years old, but it is available on other TVs that were purchased around the same time. If the goal is to encourage customers to purchase new products, I promise that I will never give Philips another thought under any circumstances.
