Philips TV Google Services Not Working
I've had my Philips 40pfk5500/12 TV for about 4 to 5 years, but my Google Services have been acting up for the last 2 years. They no longer function. I've tried everything, including updating the TV software via USB, performing multiple factory resets, and even changing passwords and turning off 2-factor authentication. But nothing seems to be working. Every time I try to sign in to Google, it says my password and username are incorrect, despite the fact that I've tried multiple accounts. The real source of frustration is a lack of support. The most recent support on the Philips website is from 2018. It appears that they simply sell the products without providing proper software updates or support. It's extremely disheartening. Is there any hope of resolving this long-standing issue?
