This thing has given me all the trouble one iron can. Many trips to the authorized service center for cleaning have resulted in the same issues reappearing within a few of months. Even though it's been less than a year since I bought the product, I'm still having the same problems, which suggests that there's something fundamentally wrong with it. It's leaking and leaving limescale on my clothes as ironed. I urge Philips to address this issue immediately and offer a workable solution to allay my concerns. Philips, as a well-respected company, must always keep its word when it comes to quality and customer service, am I wrong? Are you not one of the greatest?? Let's see how you'll perform.
