My Philips TV Breaks in Just One Year

October 20, 2023 4:56 PM51

I purchased a Philips 55oled806/12 TV from the Teknosa store on February 8, 2022, and it stopped working properly within the first year. The service company called me and said they didn't have the parts they needed. They offered to give me a discount on a better model instead. Why do I have to pay for my TV again when I only bought it a year ago? After I complained to the Arbitration Committee, Turkish Philips said they're not the ones who make, produce, or bring in Philips brand TVs. They denied having any responsibility for the brand. So, the Arbitration Committee told me to contact Teknosa because they're the ones responsible. I've been dealing with this problem for about 5 or 6 months. If they don't fix my complaint, I'm ready to sue them.
