58-inch Philips 58PUS8505 TV with Panel Defects

On February 23, 2021, I bought a Philips 58PUS8505 58-inch 147-screen 4K UHD smart LED TV. The TV's panel broke on July 19, 2022, so it was sent to an approved repair center. Instead of replacing the TV, it was fixed, but the same problem came back on 04/04/2023. The repair shop said that the TV can't be fixed, and the cost of a new one is 7500 TL + VAT, which I have to pay since the insurance ended two months ago. I found out that a lot of people have complained about the problems with the panels in this line of TVs. I think that either the whole series is broken or my TV was broken from the beginning and they fixed it instead of replacing it. Also, the customer service staff's answer was not helpful and made me feel like I should have gotten a new one instead of fixing it. I'm upset about what happened, and I'll try everything I can think of to fix the problem.


The same problem! Same TV panel broken 2 months after the end of warranty... Only 2 years.
