My Ultimate Philips Product Is Defective and I Cannot Return It
On March 2, 2023, I made the purchase of the Philips 9185 Ultimate product, and after the first day of use, I discovered that it was defective. The motion sensor does not function correctly, which results in the product frequently becoming unusable. I bought the item from Evkur, but despite the fact that customers are supposed to have the unrestricted right to return it within 14 days, they won't take it back. I am beyond angry with how things have turned out, and I demand an end to being victimized in this manner. It is the responsibility of the company to rectify the situation by offering me a choice between a refund and an exchange for the defective item. I am really unhappy nowadays.
