Philips Headphones Quality Dissatisfaction
I purchased Philips in-ear headphones in December 2022, and recently, the sound on one side began to intermittently cut out. It's clearly a connection issue. On August 31, 2023, I took the product, along with the invoice, to the authorized service center, Can Elektronik, in Sivas. To my surprise, they claimed that the cable wire breaks in the product were due to user error and returned it without making any repairs. Frustrated, I contacted the service center on September 4, 2023, and they assured me that they would return the product. It's disappointing that Philips, a reputable brand, provides such poor post-purchase service. These headphones have become unusable in just 8 months, which is unacceptable for a brand known for its quality.
