Philips 5000 Series Vacuum Not Covered Under Warranty for Broken Part

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a Philips 5000 Series robot vacuum, and it has only been about one month since I started using it. We use the device almost every day. Today, I want to share a serious issue I experienced. As you know, the water tank is a removable part that is regularly taken out and reattached during normal use. However, the latch mechanism on the water tank suddenly broke on its own during regular handling.
I took the product to an authorized service center today, but I was told that this type of damage is not covered under warranty. They stated that they would not replace or repair the broken part. I also contacted Philips customer support directly, but they were not helpful and did not offer any solution. I find this unacceptable for a product that is only one month old and has been used properly.
They told me that I need to replace the entire water tank, and I was quoted a price of over $180 for the replacement. For a device that cost around $600, it is extremely disappointing that such a fragile part breaks so easily and is not supported under warranty. I believe this reflects poor product quality and lack of customer support. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, as this situation has caused significant frustration and financial loss.
