Peugeot 3008 GT Has Brain Failure In Five Months - Replacement Request Ignored

In April 2025, I purchased a brand-new 2025 Peugeot 3008 GT with license plate 06 FDH 5** from the Göral Peugeot dealership in Ankara. I took delivery of the vehicle on April 10, but only about five months later, a serious malfunction occurred in the vehicle’s brain. After this fault, almost none of the car’s features worked— including the safety systems, air conditioning, trunk, phone connection, and even the radio— and the vehicle became effectively unusable. When we first took it to Göral Peugeot service, we were told that the issue was not a brain malfunction, that an update would be released, and that the problem would be resolved that way, and we were given this explanation for about 20–25 days. However, when we took the vehicle back to the service again before even six months had passed, it turned out that the vehicle’s brain was indeed faulty, and this time a spare part was ordered. Since then, we have been waiting for this part for about 55 days, and during this entire period the vehicle has been largely unusable because its basic functions do not work. Throughout this process, we were unable to reach any authorized person who could take initiative and offer a concrete solution, and we received calls only from customer service. I was told that my request for a vehicle replacement would be evaluated within 1–3 months and that I would be called back, but no concrete step has been taken so far. It is unacceptable for a brand-new 2025 model vehicle to suffer a brain failure in such a short time and then remain at the service or unusable for weeks while waiting for a spare part. I request that my legal right to a vehicle replacement be promptly and positively evaluated without further delay, that my grievance due to the prolonged downtime be resolved, and that a clear written response be provided to me as soon as possible.
