2017 model Peugeot 308 Adblue Fault, Warranty Is a Must

I own a 2017 model Peugeot 308. My car first gave "air pollution prevention system failure", I thought it was because addblue was missing. After about 30 km, the engine gave a malfunction warning. As a result of the research I have done on the internet, I have seen that there are frequent problems with the AdBlue tank in the vehicles of the Peugeot brand. In the service, I learned that the problem can be solved for a certain fee. However, I believe that the issue should be evaluated within the scope of warranty. If there is a chronic malfunction, I think that the company should consider it as a defective product and replace it free of charge, and I ask the authorities for help.
