Peugeot 308's AdBlue Tank Failure For The 2nd Time

My 2015 model Peugeot 308 has experienced an AdBlue tank failure for the second time, despite being serviced by A**** I***** for 9 years. Here's a summary of the process: I took the vehicle to A**** I***** on June 28, 2024, due to various fault warnings and for annual maintenance after Peugeot's official website broke down and scheduled me an appointment for the feast day. After a 12-day process and a cost of ₺50,000, I received the vehicle on July 10, 2024. However, at the 200th kilometer, the engine failure light came on again, this time with the AdBlue warning. Since I was going abroad and making a long journey, I returned to the service after 1,400 km. On the morning of July 19, 2024, I took it back to the service, and it took until the evening to determine the malfunction, with a cost of ₺33,000. Four years ago, the sales consultant and the master at Aktif İriyıl helped me by acknowledging that these vehicles have chronic AdBlue tank malfunctions and sought support from Peugeot. However, despite many complaints online, this issue is no longer recognized as chronic. When I contacted Peugeot headquarters, they declined my warranty claim in a dismissive tone, even though I explained my complaint. Please answer the following:  Why do I take this vehicle to the authorized service every year if it will let me down on long trips? Why does the vehicle malfunction 200 km after I paid ₺50,000 for maintenance and repairs at the authorized service? Peugeot accepted this problem as chronic 4 years ago and offered a goodwill guarantee. Why is it no longer considered chronic now? What kind of engineering requires changing the AdBlue tank every 4 years? Why does Aktif İriyıl Oto make the customer contact Peugeot instead of doing it themselves for a 9-year loyal customer? Under what conditions is the goodwill guarantee valid? What did I gain from 12 days of service and spending ₺50,000? Why do we constantly read about Peugeot problems on platforms like Twitter and Eksi Sözlük? Should we always consider the possibility of not returning from a long journey with a Peugeot vehicle?
