Peugeot Refused to Fully Cover AdBlue Tank Issue on My Car Despite Factory Defect

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my concerns and request a resolution regarding the AdBlue issues with my 2019 Peugeot 3008. I have consistently maintained my vehicle at the Muğla Milas service center. However, on February 15, 2022, I encountered the first AdBlue malfunction. Despite the AdBlue tank being full, error codes were displayed, and the vehicle was locked. Although I was directed to the service by roadside assistance, only a reset of the kilometers was performed, and no detailed inspection was conducted. After the warranty period ended, I was informed that the AdBlue tank needed replacement, and I was quoted ₺40,000 for this service. Despite attempts to negotiate with the center, only a partial coverage offer was made. I did not accept this offer as I believe this issue stems from a factory defect rather than a user error. In July, I experienced similar issues again and contacted the service center. Despite multiple communications with the central office, including urgent requests, no resolution has been provided. My vehicle continues to be used for work, and while there is no reduction in the AdBlue level, the motor warning continues to appear on the display. If any damage occurs to my vehicle due to this AdBlue issue and Peugeot does not cover the costs, I will be compelled to exercise all my legal rights and escalate this matter to the headquarters in France.
