Peugot 3008 1.6 Diesel AdBlue Malfunction Warning

I had the routine maintenance of my 2018 Model 1.6 Diesel Peugeot 3008 done two weeks ago at the Ümitköy Göral Authorized Service. However, just a few days later, I received a warning that the AdBlue level was low, and I filled the tank within 30 km. After that, on Saturday, I received an AdBlue system malfunction warning, and on Monday morning, I took the car back to the same authorized service. After a diagnostic check, they told me that the entire AdBlue tank needed to be replaced and gave me a shocking quote of ₺53,000. They also said that it would take a week to supply the part. Today, the engine warning light came on. From the research I've done and the forums I've visited, I sadly learned that this issue happens very frequently, it's a chronic problem, and Peugeot has been causing users to suffer. I demand that this chronic issue be resolved as soon as possible.
