PetFun4You Charged Me Without Consent After Mystery Box Purchase—I Want a Full Cancellation
On 08/06/2025, I made a one-time purchase labeled as a “mystery box,” which cost me just €2. I had no idea this small transaction would lead to an unauthorized membership under the name PetFun4You. I never knowingly signed up for any subscription or recurring payment plan, nor did I give consent for any ongoing charges related to this service.
This situation feels deceptive and unacceptable. I only authorized a one-time charge, and yet I’ve been enrolled in a membership I never agreed to. I believe this charge is directly tied to that mystery box transaction, and I now find myself trapped in something I did not approve.
I demand that my membership be fully canceled immediately and that no further payments be taken from my account. If this is not resolved right away, I will take legal action to protect my rights and prevent others from experiencing the same issue. PetFun4You must act now to fix this unauthorized subscription.
