PetFun4You Charged Me €2 Without Consent and Provided No Product or Support

On May 5, 2025, I noticed a €2 charge on my credit card made by PetFun4You—an order I never authorized. I didn’t sign up for any membership, didn’t knowingly purchase anything from this company, and never received any product in return. The transaction seems to have originated from a website connected to “pydpetfun4you.com” based in Limassol, but there is absolutely no legitimate contact information or support channel I can reach.
I’ve been trying to figure out how this charge happened and who to contact, but I’ve found no phone number, email address, or customer service portal that works. It’s extremely frustrating and concerning that a company can take money from my account without consent and offer zero communication or accountability.
I need clear and immediate guidance on how to proceed and demand a full refund of the unauthorized €2 charge. I also expect this company to provide transparent contact information and ensure that no further charges are made to my card. I urge PetFun4You to address this issue without delay.
