PetFun4You Charged Me Twice Without My Consent Despite No Account or Purchase

I have never shopped with PetFun4You and have never created an account or signed up for any membership with them. Despite this, I was shocked to see that two separate charges were made to my credit card—once in November and again in January—without my knowledge or authorization.
I have no idea how PetFun4You got access to my card information, as I have never interacted with this company in any way. These unauthorized charges are a serious violation of my financial privacy and trust.
I demand the immediate cancellation of any account or subscription that may have been created under my name without permission. I also request a full refund of all amounts that have been withdrawn from my card to date. PetFun4You must take responsibility for these unauthorized transactions and ensure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I expect a prompt resolution and clear confirmation that my information has been removed from their system.
