PetFun4You has withdrawn money from my credit card without my knowledge or consent. I have never purchased anything from this company, nor have I registered for any subscription or service. I do not know who they are or why they have access to my card details. To make matters worse, there have been two separate unauthorized transactions, both processed without any approval request or confirmation from my bank.

This situation is deeply concerning, as it suggests both a security breach and a lack of proper payment authorization checks. I expect a full refund for both charges and a written explanation of how this happened. I also want assurance that my card information will be permanently removed from their systems to prevent any future charges.

If PetFun4You fails to address this issue promptly, I will file an official complaint with my bank, report the matter to consumer protection authorities, and pursue legal action if necessary. Unauthorized transactions are unacceptable, and I demand immediate resolution.
