I Face Unauthorized ₺290 Charge from PetFun4You and Never Ordered Any Product

On January 25, 2024, I discovered that ₺290 had been withdrawn from my bank account by PetFun4You without my knowledge or authorization. I never created an account with this company, nor did I purchase any of their products. In fact, I had no idea what they even sell until I started investigating the charge.
As soon as I noticed the transaction, I immediately reported the matter to my bank, closed my card to prevent further unauthorized use, and filed a dispute for the withdrawal. I will also be submitting a formal complaint to all relevant consumer protection authorities to ensure this matter is fully investigated.
I demand the immediate refund of the full ₺290 and confirmation that my account information will not be misused again. Charging customers without consent is unacceptable, and PetFun4You must be held accountable for these unauthorized actions. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it through all legal and regulatory channels available to me.
