PetSmart’s Poor Communication on Holiday and Holiday Hours Leaves Me Frustrated
I recently experienced a frustrating lack of clear communication from PetSmart about their holiday operating hours. I placed an order under the impression it would be processed the same day, only to find out later that they don’t operate on holidays—a detail they expect customers to somehow anticipate without any notice. Apparently, this policy has been in place since November, but there’s no indication on their website or order page. Even reaching out to them via WhatsApp is unreliable, as it seems their support line is open sporadically. A simple update on their operating hours would have saved me and other customers from this hassle. PetSmart, please update your holiday hours and improve transparency for a better customer experience!
