Pers Investment Caused Major Loss on My Trading Account Due to System Errors

After months of persistent searches by Mr. G*** from Pers Investment, we started trading in my account (1131****) in January 2025. We started with a low budget at the beginning, Mr. Ç*** started as a relevant expert, there was a gain in the first days, we increased the budget over time, but in a transaction we opened on 27.01.2025, after Mr. Ç***'s message to take profit, when I wanted to close the transaction, the system did not allow the closing process and a tremendous loss occurred within minutes, I was told that I could save this by increasing the budget and using leverage, we opened a new transaction, then we opened two more transactions and after Mr. Ç***'s message to take profit, I closed all three transactions. When Mr. Ç*** said take profit, he meant the two transactions we opened later, but I closed all of them, it may be my mistake here. On the same day, I transferred another amount for leverage, here Ms. E*** stepped in, we agreed that Mr. Ç*** would undertake the transactions for half a day. On 28.01.2025, for about 5 minutes, Mr. Ç*** made 3-5 transactions. did. On 29.01.2025, Mr. Ç*** asked me to help with the transactions as it was a busy day and we opened a transaction, again due to a system problem the transaction could not be closed and a serious loss occurred and the account crashed. As a result, as you can see, I had a loss in the account, I think I was misled considering the similarity of the complaints I saw on the complaint site.
