Pers Investment Drained My $2900 Balance and Ignored the Refund Agreement

I am H*** Ç***, with the user ID 887****. Pers Yatırım advisors Ö*** A*** and A*** A*** A*** instructed me to carry out transactions, claiming it was necessary to process a refund. Following their guidance, I performed the specified transactions. During this process, while I had a balance of $2900 in my account, they had me open a secured transaction for $1635, which I opened in the opposite direction. They provided no solution other than repeatedly saying, "You need to deposit more money." As a result, my funds were depleted. They proposed a refund agreement and requested that I deposit ₺58,000. However, they did not comply with the terms of the agreement. The developments in this matter are detailed in the documents I have attached. I request the return of the $7152 that was in my account as of October 23, 2024, at 3:18 PM.
