Pers Investment Misled Me with Promises of Daily Profits and Disconnected Later
Today's date is January 29, 2025. About 1 to 1.5 months ago, someone named Ç*** told me about a Pers Investment company, claiming I could make daily profits by investing money. I refused at first, but he kept calling, so I blocked his number. Later, someone named S*** called from a different number, urging me to invest a small amount, saying I would earn money like in the stock market through leveraged trades and that they would take a percentage of the profits. Despite my refusals, they continued to call until I finally sent ₺5200 to their account. A lady named E*** then contacted me via WhatsApp from a foreign number, claiming to be in the UK. She sent a platform link where she gave me daily instructions on which shares to buy and sell. I later sent another ₺21,000 and continued trading. She said I made a profit of $100 and wanted to send it to me. I clicked her link and entered my details, including my ID number, IBAN, proof of residence, and an identity card photo, after which they sent me ₺3000. We resumed trading, following her instructions, and within minutes, I saw a large profit and a $3000 loss, resetting my account. I panicked as I had to make rapid trades, and when I called her, she blamed me for not following her instructions on time. She pressured me to deposit another $2000 to $3000 to recover my losses, but I refused. When I tried to reach Ç*** and S***, their numbers were disconnected, and that’s when I started to suspect something was wrong. I shared my complaint on Xolvie, after which S*** contacted me again. I feel I have been misled and taken advantage of in this situation.
