Pers Investment Mismanaged My Account Despite Promises and Full Trading Control

Read this before depositing money with Pers Investment, and be sure to contact me first! For 1.5-2 months, I was persuaded and eventually convinced by the representative V*** U*** to open an account. He directed me to A*** A***, whom he introduced as my investment expert and advisor, and we started trading. I began with $150 on January 3, 2025. On Monday, January 13, 2025, trading started in the afternoon and continued until 11:00 PM. As a result, my account went into loss. They kept saying, "Volumes are too high," "Volatility is excessive," and I constantly saw my account in the red. A*** A*** executed all the trades. He repeatedly caused losses, saying, "You opened the wrong trade," "You entered too high an amount." Now, I am certain that my actions were correct, and I believe this was done deliberately. So many consecutive mistakes cannot be a coincidence. During this process, I also repeatedly spoke with Ö*** A***, who introduced himself as a manager and assured me that he would help. That night, both verbally and in writing, they took full control of my trading account and guaranteed that by noon on January 14, 2025, they would refund my account and return my entire deposit with profit. They even provided a company guarantee. In total, I had deposited $65,000. On Tuesday, January 14, in the afternoon, I saw that the account was doing well. They even sent me a small amount of $2,000. However, within a very short time, my account, which was at +$45,000, suddenly showed a -$100,000 loss. Despite the fact that they managed all the trades themselves and gave both personal and company guarantees, instead of refunding my $65,000, they demanded an additional $32,000, saying, "We can save the account, recover the losses, and bring it back on track. We will insure it." The same promises were made before, and guarantees were given, but none were kept. I hereby state that they and the company are responsible for fulfilling their promises and the trades they executed. They already have my account details, and I demand that my full deposit be refunded as soon as possible. They have caused me significant financial harm, and I am filing a complaint against them.
