Pers Investment Blocked My Money After Promising to Refund My Loss

On October 17, 2024, I received a call from İ*** K*** in the Pers Investment support team, who confidently informed me that I could recover a loss I had faced on June 6, 2023, by making a new investment. I believed in his words and started by depositing ₺5,000, following the process with the help of consultant S*** K***. Later on, I was informed that to get the rest of my refund, I had to put in an extra ₺60,900. I sent the amount I was asked for, but then I was told it was "blocked" during the process. I am currently unable to get my money back. This experience has been quite upsetting for me, and I am submitting a formal complaint. I expect my funds to be returned without delay.
