Pepperstone Took My Profit During Withdrawal and Gave No Support

I traded on Pepperstone and successfully earned $53,000. But when I tried to withdraw my funds, the platform froze my entire balance without explanation. I have every single transaction documented, yet I still haven’t received any help or resolution.

Instead of addressing the issue, their customer service blamed me for “incorrect trades” and kept asking me to deposit more money. That makes no sense—I already made a profit fair and square, and now they’re refusing to release my funds unless I deposit even more?

Pepperstone, this is unethical and unacceptable. I demand the immediate release of my ₺53,000 and a full investigation into this issue. If you truly are a regulated and trustworthy broker, prove it by doing what’s right.
