I Lost ₺3,000 on Cloudex After They Changed My Trade Without Consent
I invested approximately ₺3,000 in Cloudex, but I was falsely told that I had opened the wrong trade, which led to an immediate loss. The truth is, I had opened the correct trade myself. However, within just five minutes, the position changed without my input, and I ended up losing my money.
To make things worse, when I contacted them about the issue, their so-called solution was to pressure me into depositing even more money and opening another trade to "recover" the previous loss. This feels manipulative and dishonest. I trusted the platform, but now I feel scammed. I demand that Cloudex immediately investigate and refund the money I lost due to their internal error or unauthorized action.
