PeP Customer Support Refuses to Refund My Paladyum Money Transfers

I sent a total of approximately $2,176 in multiple installments to a Paladyum Elektronik Para account on various dates. I used these funds to make several payments, but after the transactions were completed, I was unable to get my money back and have been left completely victimized.

I have multiple receipts for the wire transfers I made to Paladyum Elektronik Para through Türkiye İş Bankası. The receipts I have attached here only show a fraction of these transactions. Despite all these money transfers, no refund has been credited to my account, and I haven't been provided with any explanation or resolution whatsoever.

I demand that Paladyum Elektronik Para urgently and fully refund the total unreturned amount I sent them without any further delay.
