I am submitting this complaint regarding two deposits made to my Parimatch account, which is linked to the mobile number 97319356**, that have not been credited despite being successfully debited from my bank account. On February 3, 2026, at approximately 10:14 p.m., I deposited ₹1,999 to Parimatch via PhonePe. The PhonePe UTR number is 636598568647, and the PhonePe transaction ID is T2602032214308496289308. In my Parimatch account, this transaction is still showing as “failed,” but when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the amount was successfully credited to the receiver.
In addition to this, another deposit of ₹1,000, also made via PhonePe to my Parimatch account, has not been credited, even though the amount was debited from my side. I contacted Parimatch customer support and provided screenshots of the transactions, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. At this point, a total amount of ₹2,999 (₹1,999 + ₹1,000) is stuck, which is causing me significant financial inconvenience and frustration.
I request that these transactions be urgently investigated, and that my deposits of ₹1,999 and ₹1,000 be credited to my Parimatch account linked to 97319356**, or alternatively refunded to my bank account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with these payments. I especially request that my money be credited to my Parimatch account as soon as possible so this issue can be resolved without any further loss of time.
