I purchased a Peloton, and their guide makes it abundantly evident that exercises are paused using a pause button. Turns that, no matter what I do, none exists. Having tried everything they have advised in at least a dozen emails with their support service, nothing has worked. They flatly denied that they could offer me a picture of the screen displaying this so-called pause button when I requested them. How can a firm the size of Peloton provide such costly workout tools without even a basic pause button? It's ridiculous. In the past, I have used less expensive exercise bikes; all of them included a pause mechanism. I expected far better for this pricing. This is simply disheartening.
