Target Online Order Gone Wrong, Stuck With Unwanted Phone!
At 11:30 a.m. on February 6, 2024, I made a purchase from Target. Unfortunately, the phone I wanted to buy wasn't listed with the item when I received the confirmation at 12:00 in the morning. I tried to cancel the order online, but it was not possible. At 12:15 in the morning, I tried to cancel the order by calling customer service, but they told me I couldn't do it until the shipment was complete and that I would be notified by email. To me, this policy is completely nonsensical. Why am I being asked to hold off on canceling the order until it has gone through all these steps? I am so irritated by this whole thing that I've vowed to never purchase at Target again.
