Peloton Delivery Errors Forced Me to Reschedule Twice and Still No Bike

Ordering from Peloton has been a total mess because of the ineptitude of their delivery partner. On a Wednesday, I was assigned a delivery window of 1 to 5 PM; instead, they came up at 8 AM when I was at work. Later that day, they came back and said they had delivered the incorrect item. Claiming I wanted the bike placed in a basement—despite the fact my house does not even have one—after contacting to reschedule I was informed I had given erroneous delivery instructions. They said they would deliver on Friday, but last-minute cancellation without any justification called off that pledge. Twice I have had to change my work schedule; they want me to take even more time off to correct their recurrent errors.
