Pegasus Oversold My Flight and Canceled My Ticket Without Warning
I am absolutely fed up with Pegasus Airlines and their shady overbooking practices. They sold more tickets than there were seats on the flight and canceled my booking without proper notice or a real solution. As some sort of compensation, they issued me a “gift ticket” and told me I could use it whenever I wanted within a year. That sounded like a fair gesture—until I actually tried to redeem it.
When I attempted to activate and use the gift ticket, surprise surprise—I was denied again. It’s been nearly a year, and Pegasus still can’t get their system to activate the ticket they promised me. Instead of honoring their word, they continue to push me around with excuses and zero accountability.
The whole experience is a mess. I feel completely deceived and ignored. I urgently need Pegasus to resolve this, activate my gift ticket immediately, and issue a formal apology for this appalling treatment.
