Regretting My Decision to Fly with Pegasus Airlines—New Luggage Damaged





Buying a ticket from Pegasus has turned out to be a major disappointment. Unfortunately, my brand-new suitcase suffered some damage during the flight, resulting in one of the legs being broken off. We had to physically bear the burden of the suitcase on our backs. After we brought up the problem with the office, they assured us that we would receive a reply within 3 days. But who has the time to hang out at the airport for three whole days just for a suitcase?
This experience has made it abundantly clear just how awful this airline truly is. Regrettably, because of their overwhelming control of the market, we are left with limited options. It's really annoying.
