Pegasus Airlines lost my carry-on bag and, after about 72 hours (three days), they finally brought it to me. I was really disappointed when the bag showed up all messed up with broken zippers and a bunch of cracks. Also, my bigger suitcase was delivered all beat up, crushed, and with holes in it. So, here's what happened: Pegasus paid for the damage to my big bag, but they wouldn't cover the damage to my smaller cabin bag.
