Damaged Bags and Unsettled Compensation from Pegasus Airlines!




Pegasus Airlines lost my carry-on bag and, after about 72 hours (three days), they finally brought it to me. I was really disappointed when the bag showed up all messed up with broken zippers and a bunch of cracks. Also, my bigger suitcase was delivered all beat up, crushed, and with holes in it. So, here's what happened: Pegasus paid for the damage to my big bag, but they wouldn't cover the damage to my smaller cabin bag. And to make matters worse, they also denied my right to daily compensation. They not only inconvenienced me, but they're also not giving me what's rightfully mine.
As if mocking, they are pricing 900 TL for 2 suitcases and insisting on not giving me what I am entitled to.
