Pegasus Damaged My Luggage Wheel and No Compensation After 3 Months

Pegasus Airlines completely broke the wheel of my perfectly intact suitcase beyond repair. It’s been 3 months, and they still haven’t issued any refund or provided a replacement suitcase. Despite emailing back and forth for months, there has been no resolution or meaningful update from Pegasus. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I’m being ignored. How can a company damage my luggage and then leave me waiting for months without any compensation? I need Pegasus to take responsibility for this issue and either refund me or send a new suitcase immediately.
