On August 2, during my flight from Izmir to Düsseldorf with Pegasus, we were allowed 20 kg per person. I weighed our extra bags before departure, and they were only 1 kg over the limit. However, a female Pegasus staff member refused to tolerate the extra weight, insisting we pay a €50 fee. Despite explaining that the bags were essentially empty, she would not waive the 2-3 kg overage.
Additionally, I was told that our carry-on allowance was 16 kg for two people. My carry-on was 6 kg, but she still made me remove 3 kg from it. I’ve never experienced such rudeness. Pegasus should monitor their staff better. The 3 kg could have easily been tolerated. I was forced to put items into a plastic bag.
Furthermore, our flight was delayed twice on the outbound journey and once on the return, with no proper explanation provided. I received only a generic email regarding the delays. I am requesting at least 30% of the fare I paid as compensation for the inconvenience.
