Pegasus Staff Abuse at DUS Airport! Customer Bullied
On February 20, 2024, I flew from Düsseldorf to Sabiha Gökçen Airport. My PNR number was PZ1HV5, for the 07:25 flight. I want to report that I was verbally abused by Pegasus staff at Düsseldorf Airport. Additionally, there were no restrictions on cabin baggage for the ticket I purchased before February 14. Despite explaining this, the staff did not listen and informed me that I could not board the plane, calling the German police. After inspecting my cabin bag himself, he wanted to weigh it again before boarding and threatened to throw my suitcase away. He refused to let us remove items from the bag and threatened us with options like paying a fine or not being allowed to board the plane. Moreover, he took 100 euros without providing a receipt. I believe this person should not be employed because they are uncommunicative and may have psychological issues. I request a refund of the money I paid. There was no weight limit specified on my ticket. I kindly request your response.
