Damaged Luggage and Lack of Response from Pegasus Airlines

I am filing a complaint against Pegasus Airlines regarding my flight from Germany to Turkey on July 26th, during which the wheel of my suitcase was broken. What's more frustrating is that I haven't been able to reach any responsible personnel, and no one answers the phone.
All I am asking for is a simple apology. For a company with so many customers and a reputable name, I expected at least an acknowledgment or a phone call. I hope that after this incident, more care will be taken with customers' belongings. It's disappointing to see so many similar complaints about your company.
