Pegasus Sent My Luggage to the Wrong Country and Caused Extra Costs

On August 4, 2023, during Pegasus flight PC 1882 from Ankara to Cyprus (Ercan), I checked in my luggage at the counter. However, instead of being delivered to Ercan Airport, my bag was mistakenly sent on the Vienna flight without any notification to me and went missing. It was delivered to me at 12:05 a.m. on August 6, with a two-day delay. During this time, I filled out a lost luggage form (ECNPC17254) at the airport’s lost and found section, but I only learned at Ercan Airport that my luggage had been sent to Vienna. I contacted Pegasus customer service multiple times but only received automated “under review” messages and no resolution. My luggage contained my daughter’s clothes and sunscreen, and due to the delay, I missed my VIP transfer, forcing me to take a taxi from the airport to the Cratos Hotel. I also had to take another taxi to the LCW store in Kyrenia. I spent a total of ₺6,724 on these expenses and submitted my receipts to Pegasus. My PNR number is psevym. Furthermore, the delayed delivery of my luggage caused significant inconvenience during the first two days of my hotel stay and emotional distress. Therefore, I request compensation for both my financial losses and emotional damages, as well as an official apology.
