I flew with Pegasus Airlines from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen to Venice Marco Polo Airport on September 17, 2023. Pegasus Airlines not only charged me an extra 4,000 TL for my luggage, but they also managed to lose my suitcase during the flight. I found myself waiting in line for lost luggage for several minutes, almost missing my car transfer in the process. Nobody kept me updated on my situation, so I had no choice but to contact Pegasus Customer Service from abroad. Despite repeated assurances that my luggage was still in Istanbul and would be delivered to Venice the following day, followed by same-day home delivery, no communication has been made, and my suitcase has yet to arrive. This was my first trip to Padua as a graduate student, and all of the necessary items are still inside my missing suitcase. I urgently demand that this error be corrected!
