On March 13, 2025, I booked a Dubai-Pegasus flight with two different fare types: one Light Package and one Super Eco. My Super Eco ticket included checked baggage, but today, when I checked the Pegasus app, it suddenly shows no checked baggage allowance. Despite already paying for this service, Pegasus is now demanding an additional payment to add baggage again.
Why should I pay twice for something I already purchased? This is a blatant system error on Pegasus's end, yet they expect me to cover the cost. I’ve been flying with Pegasus for years, but this is unacceptable. Charging me ₺1,200 extra for something I already paid for won’t make Pegasus rich—it will just lose loyal customers like me.
