Pegasus Airlines Charged Me Twice For My Luggage!

On December 1st, Pegasus Airlines charged me twice for extra baggage fees of ₺555 each for flight PC947 from Sabiha Gökçen to Zurich. My reservation number is 64VHMG. Despite claiming that the second charge was only “pending and not processed,” they still refused to accept my baggage at check-in. I was forced to go to another desk and pay an additional ₺555 just to check in my luggage. This caused unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time at the airport. I believe this issue could have been handled more professionally and efficiently. I am requesting a full refund for the duplicate charges and hope Pegasus Airlines will take responsibility for this error by resolving the matter quickly.

I reached out to you in writing as well, they keep us waiting for days and never reach a conclusion, such a company cannot exist. You are truly a rotten, disgusting company.
