Pegasus Refused to Refund My Ticket Despite Surgery and Valid Medical Documents

I bought a flight ticket from Pegasus for April 1 to Hamburg, but on March 7, I underwent ACL surgery and am now unable to walk. I submitted everything—my surgery report, MRI, medical leave note (even though I work from home), and detailed documentation signed by my doctor. Despite that, Pegasus emailed me saying they won’t process a refund unless the documents are stamped.

If I were physically able to walk and go get a stamp from the hospital, I wouldn’t be canceling my flight in the first place. This surgery affects the back of my knee, and I won’t even be able to walk properly for two months. Yet the company is dismissing legitimate medical paperwork just because it lacks a physical stamp.
